A DIY T-Shirt

For my Day 29 project of 30DaysOfCreativity I wanted to make something I never made before - so I decided to sew a T-Shirt.

Since I had no clue how to do it, I made a plan

This plan turned out to be a bit naive (very soon) - so I tried another aproach involiving scissors and a sewing machine.

I'm still quite sure not to turn into a tailor any time soon, but the result is far better than anything I hoped for

Ninja vs Pirate - The Movie

For my Day28 project I made a stopmotion animation using my ninja from Day4 and my Pirate from Day 7. I spent countless hours animating the figures, removing the needles from the images and making the soundtrack - but I really love the result.

the sword- and fistfighting sounds are created by "Sharp" and downloaded from fxhome.com

the ambient sounds are created by "Axeman" and downloaded from fxhome.com

The images where shot using a Nikon D40x and a tripod, the image processing was done in gimp and the sountrack was edited using ardour.

special thanks to 30DaysOfCreativity for putting "Ninja VS Pirate" on the inspiration calendar :-)

Swarming Sprites using GLGraphics

This is a sketch featuring a lot of boids swarming in 3D. It's my first experiment with the current GLGraphics version

It's also my Day 27 project for 30DaysOfCreativity

Sparkling Images in Processing

I made an image sparkle with a processing sketch. I loop over the pixels of the image and make a small transparent cross on the brightest pixels.
